Support Workers - In Home and community
Here at My Puzzle House Care our main focus is our very valuable Clients, we pride ourselves in our ability to marry up our Support Workers with clients to enhance and further develop our Clients and families needs.
My Puzzle House opened its doors for the first time on 26th October 2019, but its journey started many years before that. The Journey started when part owner Mandi Marchant had a son Rayne who was diagnosed Autistic. After trying many different group activities and play spaces, she could not find a place that was truly inclusive and accepting of all abilities.
Raynes Nana and part owner Robyn Trezise left her job as a age and disability carer in 2018 to help care for Rayne and help with his therapies and kinder.
After plenty of brainstorming Robyn and Mandi decided that they could make a space that was fun and inviting for all kids, but also fun and inclusive for kids and adults with additional needs.
Robyn and Mandi believe that helping children and adults thrive in this inclusive environment is the most rewarding part of their day. And, Rayne now has a place where he can feel free to be himself and build confidence and friendships.
My Puzzle House is set up so well, my son with spd, level 2 asd, adhd, severe social anxiety and selective muteness was immediately comfortable enough to explore all areas, ask questions to the incredible and relatable staff and threw himself into trying all equipment.
The staff are so lovely and even offered to play with bub while we had a coffee from the cafe. We will be making this a regular place to play and learn, and cannot recommend it highly enough to families with young children.
Wonderful place for young children of all abilities! Highly recommended for all families!
We absolutely love and recommend My Puzzle House. Mandi has a wonderful set up for children of all ages and abilities! My son had an absolute ball!
Such an awesome find!! My son and his best friend had the most amazing time!! The owner and staff were so friendly and we will definitely be back!!!
My kids had an absolute ball! The layout is perfect, allowing them to seamlessly change activities. It also allows you to maintain visuals on your child at all times. I loved that the staff were out on the floor interacting with the children and making them feel welcome. Highly recommended!!
Great setup for sensory kids. My son loved it so much! Friendly staff and good parking.
We had the most wonderful time visiting today! You guys have a huge range of equipment, as well as a darling sensory space and dress-up area. The cafe was great and the staff are top notch. It feels so lovely to be welcomed into a safe space for my little boy to play and explore, without any judgment. Great work and thank you for putting in all this effort for families like ours!
Perfect centre for kids who get overwhelmed at traditional play centres. Small sized which means it doesn’t get too noisy or rowdy and friendly staff who were hands on helping with the kids and equipment. A huge range of sensory needs are catered for and a special mention to the sensory room with the coloured water tubes- it was my sons favourite!
