We’ve made it easy for you to claim through NDIS

*Please ensure that you put the order through in the NDIS clients name so the invoice is made out to the correct person.

Self Managed

Option 1: Pay upfront using your credit card.

You will receive an email with your invoice which you can submit to NDIS.

*If you have ordered products from our online shop your items will be sent out within 24 hours.

*If you have booked a session at My Puzzle House, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Option 2: Pay Later – Select the ‘NDIS Self Managed’ option.

This will allow you to checkout without making a payment.

You will receive an email with your invoice showing the amount payable which you can then submit to NDIS.

*If you have ordered products from our online shop your items will be sent out once payment has been received.

*If you have booked a session at My Puzzle House your invoice will be due 7 days after the session date, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Plan Managed

Option 1: Pay upfront using your credit card.

You will receive an email with your invoice which you can forward to your plan manager for re-imbursement.

*If you have ordered products from our online shop your items will be sent out within 24 hours.

*If you have booked a session at My Puzzle House, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Option 2: Pay Later – Select the ‘NDIS Plan Managed’ option.

This will allow you to checkout without making a payment.

a. Put your plan managers details in the notes section at checkout and we will forward the invoice directly to your Plan Manager for them to pay us directly. Details we require: Name, company, email, and phone number. We will send you a copy of the invoice, but you don’t have to do anything else.

b. You will receive an email with your invoice; you then email the invoice to your plan manager for them to pay us directly.

*If you have booked a session at My Puzzle House your invoice will be due 7 days after the session date, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

NDIA Managed

We are not currently a registered NDIS provider.
